央行：匯率影響台灣經濟最多

中央銀行今天表示，匯率是影響台灣經濟活動最重要的管道，匯率對台經濟貢獻程度達44.1%，之後依序為股價（29.3%）、銀行信用（15.6%）及利率（10.9%）。

立法院財政委員會今天考察中央銀行外匯交易業務，央行出具「當前外匯操作情形及防止炒作外匯報告」，引述國際貨幣基金（IMF）7月公布的亞洲財政概況工作報告，述及亞太區各國匯率的影響性。

央行表示，亞太地區各國因經濟結構不同，貨幣政策傳遞管道的相對重要性存在明顯差異；例如，同屬小型開放經濟體的台灣、香港及新加坡，匯率都是經濟活動最重要的影響途徑。

另外，央行也表示，根據國際清算銀行（BIS）編製的實質有效匯率指數（REER），新台幣實質有效匯率指數趨勢較韓元穩定。

若以2000年為基期，今年9月新台幣實質有效匯率指數為78.27，低於韓元的98.16。若以2010年為基期，新台幣實質有效匯率指數為103.27，低於韓元的105.92，顯示新台幣的出口價格競爭力優於韓元。
