油品切結屬自願 再犯視為詐欺

【記者王文智台北報導】衛福部次長許銘能4日說，食油業者簽切結屬自願性，希望業者自清、有誠信，但福懋及頂新分廠有簽仍再犯，視為偽造及詐欺，並自名單移除。

立法院衛環委員會4日邀集衛福部、農委會、經濟部、關務署關於近期食品安全事件之處置情形、修法規劃及進度進行專案報告。

衛生福利部次長許銘能表示，食用油脂業者簽署切結與否是採「自願」，頂新製油廠的分廠有簽署，但是屏東廠沒有，未來也將針對沒有簽署的加強查核。

福懋油脂日前也簽署切結，許銘能指出，簽署切結後仍再查出不實，將該業者從名單上移除並重罰，切結書的目的是希望業者自清、有誠信，目前可以看到哪些業者沒有誠信。

許銘能認為，將持續稽查及抽驗，揭發不實及不法產品，一旦發現是已切結名單，將以偽造文書、詐欺事件移送司法機關，有關下架及違規產品都會公開在網站上供查詢。2013/11/4
