味全未主動說明油品問題　北市重罰300萬元

【沈能元／台北報導】味全公司委託頂新製油公司製作21項油品，竟有使用大統長基橄欖油，台北市衛生局今再度約談味全公司，發現味全上月28日時，已接獲頂新通知原油有使用大統長基橄欖油，但味全於上月31日被北市衛生局約談時，仍不主動說明此事。北市衛生局今依《食品衛生管理法》提供資料不實規定，重罰味全300萬元罰鍰，並針對21件涉及摻偽產品移送檢調偵辦。
 
北市衛生局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀說，截至今日，北市衛生局累計稽查油品業者368家次，今日並未查獲標示不合格油品，針對味全公司的21項產品，持續監督下架共計11萬1千多件，另請台中市衛生局封存該公司台中倉庫未出貨的庫存產品，共計10萬6千多瓶，後續依法辦理。
