小魯在竹科裡的光罩廠做四二輪的op 從去年開始慣老闆就開始做一些奇怪的政策 一開始說只要有請假的就扣年終 無論婚假，產假等等。除了特休以外沒來都會扣(保障14個月) 到了年中就說以後沒年終了 後來就被告了，過了二個月後就把年終的錢， 二個月除以十二，打到每個月的底薪。 整年度領下來還欠了約一個月的年終還沒發下來 也沒有消息說那時會發給大家。 最近公司故意發出一些訊息出來， 說過完年以後每個月每個op除了正常做二休二 還要再補二十八小時(無薪工作) 請問這樣是危法了吧? 最近這間在徵人，大家過年後如果要換工作 請小心這一間..... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 39.14.134.100
