標題[請益] 阿膠跟膠原蛋白效果一樣嗎

板上沒有什麼阿膠的討論 但是很多膠原蛋白的討論 這兩個東西成分應該沒有差太多? 最近有機會喝了一口 哇 有種臭臭的味道 比膠原蛋白還重 (現在很多膠原蛋白也沒有什麼味道了) 實在很難想像有人能長期喝沒調味的阿膠.. 請問板上有長期喝阿膠的人嗎? 不知道可不可以分享一下效果呢? 網路上查了很多資料大都是對岸的文章 或是賣家"宣稱"有什麼效果而不是"自己體驗"有什麼效果 希望可以更了解一點 不知道有沒有人願意分享 謝謝^________^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 158.109.94.33
