繼PS4後 Xbox One也傳有瑕疵

微軟最新遊戲機Xbox One上周五開賣後沒多久，就有消費者在推特（Twitter）上抱怨他們的新機故障。微軟對此表示，Xbox One確實有瑕疵，但只發生在「極少數」的主機。

華爾街日報報導，根據社群媒體和Kotaku等遊戲網站上的貼文，玩家抱怨的是Xbox One的光碟機。他們指出，光碟機在光碟插入時會發出巨大噪音。

微軟已承認Xbox One的光碟機有問題，但表示這並不多見。Xbox發言人丹尼斯（David Dennis）說：「這個問題發生在極少數的Xbox One，我們已直接與那些受影響的用戶接洽，盡快為他們換機。」

新裝置的軟、硬體出包並不罕見。舉例來說，蘋果第一代iPad有Wi-Fi訊號微弱的問題，Google某款Nexus平板電腦的GPS也出現異常。這兩部裝置的問題後來都用軟體修正。

Sony一個多星期前才推出的最新遊戲機PlayStation 4也遭玩家抱怨，他們認為PS 4可能在運送時受損。
