性平教育法修正三讀 狼師可解聘

立法院今天三讀通過性別平等教育法修正案，加重校園性侵、性騷擾或性霸凌事件加害人的處罰，狼師性侵最重將可以解聘！ 立委表示，學生面對老師的性騷擾或性侵犯，往往隱忍不敢揭發。原本"性平法"條文，只要求加害老師道歉或接受心理諮商即可，這次修法之後，對於狼師可以給予申誡、記過、解聘或不續聘的處分。目前，教師法、教育人員任用條例已經有狼師最重可解聘的規定，這次修法將讓規範更加完備。
