大家好: 原本放假回高雄家時，會去陽明花園游泳池二樓的小重量訓練室鍛鍊 雖然器材有限 但也OK 但是那邊八月底就關門了 現在的瑜伽和有氧倒是可以在附近的舞動十分上課 但還是很想知道陽明國中 東光國小的那一帶 有沒有可以計次的重訓健身房呢? 謝謝! -- 人生到處知何似， 恰似飛鴻踏雪泥。 泥上偶然留指爪， 鴻飛那復計東西。 老僧已死成新塔， 壞壁無由見舊題。 往日崎嶇還記否？ 路長人困蹇驢嘶。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 113.57.142.185
