求抱女嬰被拒竟拉扯　男挨告否認想偷嬰

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市30歲丁姓男子今年6月9日下午2時許，在新莊區當街企圖強行抱走王姓婦人懷中一名女嬰，王婦擺脫後報警循線逮人。丁男到案宣稱：「我就是喜歡小孩。」否認想偷嬰。新北地檢署認定丁男涉犯最重可判3年的強制罪嫌，因他認錯且無前科，准予緩起訴1年，但須向國庫支付5千元。

丁男是在新莊區一處社區後門，遇見王婦牽著一名女童，懷裡另抱著一名3、4個月大的女嬰。

丁男上前搭訕，自稱也是社區住戶、家裡也有小孩，作勢想抱抱王婦懷中女嬰，被王女拒絕後，丁男竟動手拉扯王女穿在身上的嬰兒背帶安全扣，糾纏約3分鐘才罷手離開。

王女回家驚魂未定，想起新聞報導曾披露國內有偷嬰集團，懷疑丁男就是這類集團的成員，又怕日後再遇到丁男被糾纏，才報警想查明丁男動機。
