最近是PS系列主機大爆發的時候，在PS4在台發售後，PS Vita TV緊接著宣布兩項合作：台灣索尼(SCET)宣布與中華電信與神腦國際合作，購買PS Vita TV即可觀賞HiChannel，且申辦光世代的新用戶，可享0元將PS Vita TV帶回家。

PS Vita TV將在1月16日發售，SCET總經理江口達雄在7日記者會上表示，在春節期間，許多人都會帶著沉重的PS3回家過年，現在，有了PS Vita TV，只要一個樸克牌大小的主機，即可與家人同樂。他同時宣布，與中華電信與神腦國際進行合作，從1月16日起，到中華電信指定門市，申辦指定方案，即可0元將PS Vita TV帶回家。

更重要的是使用PS Vita TV即可觀賞HiChannel上的戲劇、電影，這對於SCET來說，顯示他們在地化的野心，而中華電信代表在記者會上更透露，MOD也有機會在PS Vita TV使用。有了PS4與PS Vita TV，想必電玩迷們的春節，都會在最喜歡的電玩世界中度過。
