拆醫院畫像塗鴉取樂　惡搞兄弟檔認錯均被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市22歲陳姓男子今年4月10日清晨4時許，和18歲弟弟在新北市亞東醫院14樓會議室外，拆下掛在走廊牆上的亞東醫院創辦人徐元智的油畫畫像，拿到男廁用奇異筆塗鴉，事後被醫院安管人員報案查獲。兩兄弟供稱為了好玩而惡搞，今被新北地檢署起訴毀損罪嫌，最重可判刑2年。

醫院安管人員是在男廁發現遭塗鴉棄置的畫像，上面還沾染不明黏液，污穢不堪，損失約2千元。

陳姓兄弟供稱，除在畫像的臉部與頭部塗鴉之外，還對畫像吐口水取樂，後來覺得不妥，拿廁所裡的沐浴乳塗抹畫像想洗掉塗鴉與口水。
