我是今年剛畢業的新鮮人, 本來要讀研究所卻發現要讀四年且不堪負荷休學, 土木系畢業可是對土木工程沒什麼興趣, 這禮拜開始到建設公司上班, 職稱是工務助理, 在工地的工務所裡當文書小妹, 做了三天的感覺是我還是對土木沒興趣, 身邊都是三四十歲以上的的監工大叔, 只有我一個女生在那邊, 很不自在,也不會對我說話, 老闆有問我要不要學走工地, 可是我說不想,話題就不了了之 感覺女在土木業裡沒什麼沒什麼升遷空間, 月薪23000不含勞健保, 單趟通勤要40分鐘車程, 隔周休,無其他福利 我才上班三天,還該繼續撐嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.207.139
