教唆偽證 律師判2年定讞

（中央社記者黃意涵台北17日電）律師張權被控為幫助前高院法官李春地掩飾收受賄款犯行，教唆他人作偽證。最高法院依教唆偽證罪，判他有期徒刑2年定讞。

最高法院今天指出，前台灣高等法院法官李春地審理前立委何智輝涉銅鑼徵地弊案時，被控透過前檢察官邱茂榮收受何智輝行賄的新台幣200萬元。

最高法院指出，李春地以妻子江美容名義購買一處停車位，簽發126萬元支票支付價款，並用收受的賄款給付，但李春地後來因涉犯貪污罪嫌遭羈押禁見，他於民國99年間趁辯護律師張權到台北看守所接見時，告知張「我有買一個停車位，需要交代買停車位資金的來源」。

張權聽聞，勸說江美容於檢察官偵訊時作虛偽陳述，江美容則教唆相關人士杜撰李春地買停車位的資金來源。

最高法院審理後，維持前審認定，依教唆偽證罪分別判處張權、李春地2年及1年6月徒刑，李春地還有違背職務收受賄賂罪部分，被判處應執行有期徒刑11年6月定讞。1021017
