疑示好被拒　玻璃娃娃告乾女兒恐嚇不起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】「玻璃娃娃」林煜智今年3月指控20歲出頭的林姓乾女兒欠錢不還又恐嚇他，林女辯稱寄存證信函要林男停止騷擾，並請表哥和律師找林男試圖協調，未對林男有何不利。新北地檢署認為林女作法屬合法手段，今將林女不起訴。

41歲的林煜智於1997年被金氏世界紀錄認證為全台灣最矮男人，身高67.5公分，曾獲周大觀熱愛生命獎章與台北縣傑出殘障青年，創辦中華玻璃娃娃社會關懷協會與古典好好聽音樂協會。

林男指控林女拒還23萬元債務，還寄存證信函向他索討3百萬元精神慰撫，揚言會請「表哥和律師去找你」，涉犯最重可判刑2年的嫌恐嚇危害安全罪嫌。

檢方調查，林男因上節目須化妝而認識擔任美妝師的清秀林女，確實資助林女補習進修，但林男屢對林女示好被拒，女方寄存證信函要求林男停止騷擾，請表哥和律師找林男也是商討如何解決不再糾纏問題，屬合法手段。

林女今年7月被《蘋果》求證時表示：「我還錢了，借據在我手上！」
