〔中央社〕行政院今天通過「流域綜合治理特別條例草案」，將編列6年600億元治水經費 ，高雄市提10優先工程共42億元，要打造海綿城市。 高雄市水利局說，「流域綜合治理特別條例草案」通過，中央要求以「都會區排水」為重 點，要求都會區大規模開發時須設置可吸納過多雨水的設施。 水利局說，8年新台幣800億治水計畫，高雄市已完成13個排水系統，不過仍有許多治水工 程還缺後續整治經費，水利局將提10件優先工程，含典寶溪D區滯洪池、永安滯洪池、五 甲尾滯洪池、土庫滯洪池、九鬮滯洪池暨排水、鳳山圳滯洪池、北屋排水及滯洪池、美濃 泰順橋分洪、筆秀排水、溪洲抽水站等。 水利局統計10項工程經費約42億元，與6年600億治理重點「都會區排水」工程目標相符， 高雄市將積極爭取補助。 水利局說，治水工程以「海綿城市」概念推動，兼顧都市開發並解決水患。 http://ppt.cc/9oqr -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.245.28
