疑急救不當女嬰死亡 保母遭訴

（中央社記者王朝鈺新北市8日電）新北市曾姓保母疑似急救不當，導致一名2歲女嬰因「壓迫性肝臟裂傷」出血性休克死亡。檢方偵查後，依業務過失起訴曾女。

新北地檢署今天公布的起訴書指出，領有執照的曾姓保母，今年3月9日起，以每個月新台幣2萬2000元代價，受託全天照顧一名2歲女嬰。

檢方表示，女嬰在今年6月10日下午2時20分左右，突然出現身體癱軟、嘴唇發白，曾女見狀立即對女嬰實施心肺復甦術（CPR）急救，之後再由丈夫劉男騎機車帶著兩人到亞東醫院就診，但女嬰仍在當晚6時宣告不治。

雖然家屬一度認為女嬰外觀有多處瘀青，懷疑女兒生前疑似受虐，但檢方認為女嬰身體的外傷應該是跌倒造成，並非受虐。

檢方指出，經解剖遺體後發現，女嬰因「壓迫性肝臟裂傷」，最後導致出血性休克死亡，疑似為急救不當造成；被告曾女在檢方偵訊時坦承急救不當，檢方偵查後，依業務過失致死起訴曾女。1021008
