行駛大陸平潭至臺北港航線的福建高速客船「海峽號」，將於10月9日通航，新北市政府交通局特別協商淡水客運紅22路線及首都客運927路線配合航班加開班次，服務兩岸民眾洽公、觀光、探親及旅遊民眾。

交通局指出，福建高速客船「海峽號」每週三、六上午11時30分航抵臺北港，下午2時30分離港。交通局已協同臺灣港務公司臺北港營運處完成周邊計程車排班區、公車排班區、遊覽車停靠接送區、小客車停放區及設置公車資訊動態看板，提供旅客完善轉乘資訊。

另欲乘船旅客，可利用捷運路網搭乘捷運淡水線至捷運關渡站轉乘紅22路線抵達臺北港，及利用捷運蘆洲線至捷運徐匯中學站轉乘927路線抵達臺北港。
