虐生教養院解散？　劉政鴻推「院生全帶過去」中央管

〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕苗栗縣私立親民啟能教養院驚傳院長虐待院生事件，消息曝光，卻也意外引爆苗栗縣長劉政鴻隔空摃上衛生福利部部長邱文達。不滿邱文達要求地方應立即讓教養院院長周本錡停職、接受調查，甚至不排除解散教養院的做法，劉政鴻回應，將依法處理，但如果強硬要求就地解散教養院，「就把院生全帶過去」給中央管。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/life/~4/QPisBQmfMbo" height="1" width="1"/>
