有一個朋友在國營事業上班，因為家庭因素和人際壓力， 迫切的在今天3/3跟直屬主管跟人資提離職，打算3月底 走人。他寫了離職簽呈，蓋了章拿給主管後，主管退了 回來，說就算簽上去，上級長官也會不批准，他非常苦 惱，簡直到爆炸邊緣，主管一直安撫他，但他辭意甚堅， 下班前直接E-MAIL離職簽辦給直屬主管跟人資主管。 請問如果主管一直不肯收離職書，也不肯找人交接，那 麼我的朋友要怎麼做呢?因為連人資都一直要留他下來， 不肯主動提供和協助離職的手續流程。 印象中根據勞基法規定，工作滿三年以上，離職預告三 十日，而我朋友在今天發出離職E-MAIL信件，這可以算 數嗎?如果期限屆滿，公司仍不肯交接，直接走人沒有問 題嗎? 非常感謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.235.239.37
