江宜樺：治水計畫到期 續編經費

行政院長江宜樺今天上午到屏東縣佳冬鄉視察易淹水地區水患改善工程，他說，8年800億治水預算到期後，行政院成立工作小組檢討成效，決定繼續編列經費，同時提出流域綜合的特別條例。

與易淹水地區治水方式不同的是，它是從國土保育和河域綜合治理的宏觀角度，看那裡需要做。台灣現在面對極端氣候變遷，儘量把人口密集地方做成海綿城市概念。
