（中央社者記者吳靜君台北22日電）生策會提食安機制的6項建言，包括加強食品原料暨添加物的風險評估、產製源頭管理系統、食品安全事件風險等級。

另外還有，制訂標準作業流程、雲端食品安全警示系統、加強民眾食品風險科學教育。

生策會舉辦「2013台灣食品風險管理體檢論壇」，邀集許多專家從政府面、產業面、民眾面，思考架構食品安全把關機制。
