消保官稽查台中旅展　4家業者有問題

 【黃任膺／台中報導】「2013臺中國際旅遊展」今天日開展，臺中市消保官會同市府相關單位前往稽查，共抽查29家業者的餐券、住宿券，發現「儷景溫泉會館」、「泰雅渡假村」2家住宿券未記載履約保證期間，消保官令其下架，不得販售，「芯園民宿」部分住宿券未有履約保證，消保官要求銷毀，並更換有履約保證的住宿券，「心月自然旅館」則是非法旅館，被要求下架。
 
消保官張百佑說，下架的產品須改正後才能再上架販售，明天會再去稽查，若未改善即重售會重罰三十萬元。

市府法制局長林月棗也指出，市府消費者服務中心於11月22日至25日於世貿一館旁警衛室成立禮券（即住宿券及餐券）健檢中心，民眾只要提供本次旅展購買的住宿券或餐券檢查，即可獲贈精美小禮物；如果查到無履約保證的券還會加贈高級禮品。
 
消保官室主任康馨壬提醒消費者展覽結束後，如對券仍有疑義，可撥打消費者保護專線1950洽詢，
