標題[請益] 請問關於研替的問題

大家好, 幾天前在內政部的網站得知研替分成 三階段 發現第二階段（大約是第一年）領的好像是跟一般替代一樣，但是卻是在用人單位服役 所以想請問這是表示公司就不會給薪的意思嗎？還是會依公司而不同呢？ 不確定是否發錯板 有的話會刪掉… 謝謝大家：） -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.71.201.227
