目前在一家大公司工作 是新進人員，進去之後才發現 與自己不太能適應及不是自己理想的職務，常日班薪水 不錯，輪班下去更多錢，常日或輪班工作皆為8小時， 準時下班，職務是輪班主管。但因考量是一間傳產大公司， 可以待到退休，自己年紀也不小了。不知道該不該換 是否給與意見呢？？謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.146.58
