周末補班仍算假日　消保官籲業者釐清

【李定宇／新北報導】周末補班算平日還是假日？上周六補班，新北市1名張小姐持「限平日使用」的餐券到餐廳用餐，但餐廳告知週末屬於假日，即使補班仍認定是假日，無法讓張女使用平日用的餐券。

消保官表示，業者發行餐卷時，應將平日、假日的定義解釋清楚，若業者將補班的周末視為假日，那麼連休期間原本應該上班的日子就不可視為連休假日，民眾若有疑慮可持餐券向消保官投訴。
