星國新商場天花板坍塌 嚇壞民眾

新加坡1家新開的購物中心昨晚天花板坍塌，造成3人受傷，更嚇壞不少逛街民眾，這並非這家購物中心第1次出現問題。

這家名叫JEM的購物中心位在新加坡西部的裕廊東，剛開幕3個月，開幕時打出把「烏節路帶到裕廊東」的口號，相當引人注意。

不過，JEM開幕以來並不順利，在開幕前因為遲遲無法獲得消防設施核可而延後開幕時間，開幕之後又傳出過2次火警，1次是地下停車場汽車起火，上千名民眾因此疏散，第2次是小吃攤的油炸機器起火，造成3名員工受傷。

昨晚更發生天花板坍塌意外，由於當時正是營業時間，造成3人輕傷，不少民眾嚇得趕緊逃命。

新加坡建設局今天表示，經過調查，是因為水管漏水，積水造成天花板壓力過大而坍塌，坍塌的天花板長約50公尺、寬4公尺，但是不影響整體建築物的結構。購物中心今天貼出暫停營業的告示。

負責管理商場的公司Lend Lease今天上午發表聲明，表示為了安全起見，購物中心將會在令人滿意的安全情況下，才會再度開放。
