欺負弱勢！男子變造車牌搶劫身障彩券小販

【林錫淵、吳世龍／高雄報導】高市刑大今破獲男子欺負弱勢、搶劫身障彩券小販案！打臨工的陳男（29歲）因欠下職棒簽賭債務，本月4日下午騎一輛以黑色膠帶變造前四碼車號的機車，在鳳山區光復路台灣銀行前，搶劫一對在路邊販賣刮刮樂彩券的母子檔，得手70張刮刮樂彩券逃逸。
 
陳男搶劫的地點距離刑警大隊才1百多公尺，當時刑大偵查佐洪秀雄返隊途中目擊搶案，立刻將偵防車調頭追逐，但因陳男鑽入小巷，洪員搜索無果，經調閱監視器查出車號，昨逮捕陳男，偵訊後依搶奪罪送辦。
