VB2008 轉檔 VB2012 開啟錯誤

我之前有一個用 VB 2008做的檔案
現在用的是 VB 2012 在轉檔完時

只有 視窗介面~~的程式碼~~有誤
打不開~~如果按忽略~~所有元件都消失

用2008的開啟卻沒問題~~正常

轉檔報告有一個警告

BlueToothProj1.sln: Visual Studio 必須對這個專案進行非功能性的變更，才能夠使專案能夠在這個版本和 Visual Studio 2010 SP1 中開啟，卻不影響專案行為。

這個問題要如何解決~~?

我是用2012 VB開2008 VB
