921都更重建 新莊富景天下14年入厝

新北市新莊區建安街「富景天下」是124戶集合式住宅，卻於1999年的921大地震被判定「半倒」，經過10多年調解、訴訟和波折，並與建商以「權利變換」向提出都更，新房屋終於於今年2月交屋；主委蔡森然表示，原住戶如今只有42戶遷入，但他們終於事發14年後有重建全新的家，藉今晚與新住戶們共同舉辦「入厝」和中秋聯歡。
