夫錄呻吟抓猴　妻稱「按摩」免起訴

【綜合報導】桃園一名羅姓男子疑妻子(39歲)出軌，在家中藏錄音筆，錄下妻和賴姓男同事(44歲)在沙發上呻吟及浴室洗澡聲，控告2人妨害家庭。但羅妻稱，呻吟是按摩聲，檢方認為羅妻和賴男共處一室，無法斷定有性器結合；即使2人共浴，也只能說他們「情誼匪淺」，無法確定有性行為，因此不起訴處分。

羅妻和賴男指稱，當天2人原本約好去拜訪客戶，羅妻臨時身體不舒服，轉到女方家幫她按摩。羅妻向檢方說，賴男幫她按摩時，因下手輕重不一，「有時很痛、 有時很癢」，才會不由自主發出呻吟。賴男供稱，因按摩很費力流了一身汗，一個人到浴室洗澡，沒有姦情。
