拚財務降集中度 宏泰賣淡海地

宏泰人壽為了拚資本適足率(RBC)與降低淡海地區的不動產集中度，今天表示將新北市淡水區837.5坪土地賣給愛山林建設與達欣工程，獲利新台幣4.68億元。

為了提高財務收入以及降低淡海地區不動產的集中度，宏泰人壽今天賣掉新北市淡水區土地給愛山林建設開發股份有限公司及達欣工程股份有限公司。

宏泰人壽表示，此地面積為837.5坪，銷售金額為6.7億元，實際獲利4.68億元，將有助於提升資本適足率(RBC)。

根據宏泰人壽公布，今年上半年的RBC未達150%，所以即使賣地挹注，RBC仍不盡理想，因此宏泰人壽以土地作價增資計畫仍然持續。宏泰人壽表示，現在仍與主管機關溝通當中。
