鼓勵投資 貴州對台商全面開放

貴州省政府辦公廳昨天指出，貴州日前公布進一步支持台資企業發展的意見，提出放寬市場准入條件，除法律法規或國家明令禁止外，該省所有行業向台資企業全面開放。

中新社報導，為深化貴州與台灣經貿交流合作，提高貴州對外開放水準，官方將從鼓勵來貴州投資、完善支持政策、引導創新發展和優化投資環境四方面進一步促進台資企業在貴州發展。

為吸引和鼓勵台資企業到黔投資，貴州省將放寬市場准入條件，按照「非禁即準、非限即可」的原則，除法律法規或國家明令禁止外，貴州所有行業向台資企業全面開放。

貴州將在稅收、融資及人才政策等方面向台資企業傾斜，在貴州投資且符合國家鼓勵類產業項目的台資企業，按規定減免西部大開發稅收中15%的企業所得稅。

為吸引台資企業入駐，貴州還將大力推進創新發展，支持企業自主研發和智慧財產權保護，樹立企業品牌。同時還將通過簡化審批程序、減免收費項目等積極措施改善貴州投資環境。
