雙子星不廢標了 北市將與中工議約

台北雙子星案是否重新招標，各方關注。北市府定調，台北雙子星案將不重新招標，北市捷運局將繼續與遞補第一順位中華工程議約。

中華工程總經理蔡維力表示，中華工程已經準備好了，將與市府就投資契約書事項努力溝通，儘速簽約、開工。
