政務官帶職參選 綠轟應辭職下台

2014年底的七合一選舉愈來愈近，不少政務官紛參選，但民進黨立委昨點名代表國民黨參選的政務委員簡太郎與楊秋興、國健署署長邱淑媞竟帶職參選，已違反行政中立，應辭職下台。

行政院發言人孫立群昨表示，公務人員帶職參選一定照公務人員行政中立法規定處理，藍綠適用。依《公務人員行政中立法》規定，公務員登記為公職候選人者，自候選人名單公告日起到投票日止，應依規定請事假或休假；公務員帶職參選依這項規定處理，藍綠適用。他說，「相信官員會清楚拿捏分際，外界也會睜大眼檢視是否濫用行政資源。」

民進黨立委砲轟，政務官參選恐濫用行政資源，違反行政中立，甚至動用行政資源綁樁，兩位政務委員超過一半的時間投入選舉，違反選舉公平競爭原則；「難道這兩位政務委員是吃碗內看碗外？選輸再回來當官嗎？」

簡太郎表示，政務官參選，法無明定要辭職，但他會依照行政中立法規辦理，是否請辭，各候選人會斟酌選情；對外界質疑動用行政資源，他反問，民選直轄市長或縣市長爭連任時，行政資源不是最多？政務官與公務員的行政資源，難道比直轄市長多？
