繁榮善化 桂田擬建30層大樓 記者林相如／善化報導 　善化區的發展將向前跨一大步，桂田公司已向市府申請，在善化火車站前興建飯店與公 寓混合的三十層大樓，目前興建計畫已送至市都委會審議，只要通過，桂田公司即可動工 ，興建完成後，將可帶動善化整體的發展。 　善化區公所表示，位於善化火車站斜對面一塊近千坪的商業用地，已被桂田公司買走， 並向市府申請興建三十層的住商混合大樓，興建計畫已送到市府，將由都市計畫審議委員 會進行審議。該計畫包含飯店與公寓，因此已可預見桂田酒店將進駐善化。 　善化區公所說，桂田酒店在永康帶動周遭的發展有目共睹，因此對於桂田酒店的進駐， 地方樂見其成。善化近年來也有知名速食店及其他餐飲店進駐，發展已不可同日而語，若 桂田酒店再進駐，對地方的發展大有助益，連帶對善化商圈的人潮，也將有吸引力。 　 http://www.cdns.com.tw/20140222/news/nsxw/U91021002014022117315011.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 192.3.140.246
