燈會作品爆抄襲　2陶藝家互槓

中興新村台灣燈會展出的花燈作品爆出著作權風波：南投市陶藝家廖先立向《蘋果》投訴，台北陶藝家鄧楚蓁涉嫌抄襲他3年前獲獎的作品「拉扯」結構和創意，製成花燈作品「喜樂圓圓(滾動)」，還獲得南投縣文化局公款補助，在本次台灣燈會展出，目前該作品陳列於虎山藝術館前。
 
廖先立表示，依《著作權法》，願意讓鄧女以「事後授權」方式，在「喜樂圓圓」作品介紹上加註改作自他的作品，否則不排除對簿公堂討公道；但鄧楚蓁接受記者電訪時反駁，2件作品無論形象、材質都完全不同，廖先立卻在臉書上宣稱她抄襲，已傷害她的名譽，反要求廖公開道歉。（高堂堯／南投報導）
