刪文也被告！PTT四版主遭提告「妨害電腦使用罪」

除了不能在網路上亂留言之外，刪別人的留言或文章也要注意，因為有4名熱門網站PTT的版主就因為刪了特定網友的文章而吃上官司。PTT熱門版八卦版的三位版主hateonas、talk520、hiimlive及板橋版的版主Zuyi，因使用「版主權限」刪除了特定網友的文章而被對方提告「妨害電腦使用罪」。

不過版主talk520今天也貼文回應表示，「自己接手家族公司，律師顧問都請十幾年了，如果網有（友）的文章被劣退、水桶就告毀綁（謗）、公然汙辱，我還真沒當一回事，會再跟律師討論該如何處理。」他也反嗆對方，「別把大家都當成大學生想唬人，板上也有許多社會人士，不會吃對方這套。」

不少鄉民也為這幾位版主叫屈，「如果版主管版時砍文或水桶就要吃官司，那以後誰敢當版主。」「且如果版主還是學生，到時收到一堆傳票一定會（被）父母罵到臭頭。」

據了解，這名對四位版主提告的網友，極有可能是經常在網路上引戰，進而引誘其他網友開罵，再逼對方提告，拿和解金的蘇姓男子。
