外幣結算平台 台央行：納入日圓、歐元

【大紀元2014年02月20日訊】（大紀元記者藍悅真台灣台北報導）中央銀行20日表示，外幣結算平台將納入日圓及歐元結算作業，以提升日圓及歐元的匯款效率，預計6月完成遴選作業，預計最快今年底上線最快年底上線，屆時匯款到國外，可同日全額到匯，除了可以降低銀行的成本外，民眾也可以省下匯款手續費，日圓、歐元清算銀行將各遴選一家銀行，此次採兩階段辦理，同時發函台灣、國外近70家外匯指定銀行，都可以向央行申請。

央行表示，「外幣結算平台」在去年3月正式營運，美元首先適用，去（2013）年10月再納入人民幣境內、跨境業務，透過中國銀行台北分行擔任清算行，只要是民眾在下午4時前的兩岸匯款，當日就可全額匯至中國收款行，不必像過去得等個2至3天。◇
