稱丈夫含冤託夢　婦誣告小叔殺夫！判賠20萬元

彰化一名婦人的丈夫15年前因酒後胃出血導致窒息死亡，婦人竟因與小叔有拆屋還地的糾紛，指控小叔是殺自己丈夫的凶手，男子因此長期受到街坊鄰居的議論，導致精神壓力過大，最後決定對婦人提告索賠，法院判決婦人須賠償小叔20萬元。

婦人因與小叔有拆屋還地的民事糾紛，竟指控小叔是殺自己丈夫的凶手，還當庭要求要開棺驗屍，並聲稱丈夫托夢告訴她，小叔是凶手，要替他申冤。

但彰化地方法院法官認為，婦人僅根據託夢就指控小叔是凶手，且還是經過15年之後，也沒有任何事證，在欠缺積極證據之下，無端指控別人是凶手，已經構成虛構、提出告訴，屬於誣告行為。

小叔也在婦人的指控下，被左鄰右舍指指點點，飽受精神壓力，法官審酌婦人目前沒有工作，又與女兒同住，因此判婦人須賠償小叔20萬元。
