南和行賣毒澱粉　負責人否認犯行遭羈押

台南地檢署追查茂利毒澱粉案，發現中盤商「南和行」向茂利進口且用於食用，25日再度傳喚南和行負責人王水木，因王水木仍否認犯行、供詞反覆，被檢方以有勾結串證、滅證之虞，向法官聲押獲准。

台南市善化區茂利澱粉工廠，被查獲450公噸的毒澱粉，檢方追查流向發現，中盤商「南和行」曾向茂利購買化製澱粉，19日再度傳喚「南和行」負責人王水木夫婦、茂利澱粉女會計，王水木與會計各以10萬元交保。

台南地檢署查出王水木回收合法的澱粉業者的袋子，再以低價每包20公斤220元，向茂利購買裝入毒澱粉，然後用每包550元至580元不等的價錢賣給下游業者，賺取暴利，檢方估計，王水木大約向茂利購買將近2萬9700公斤的問題澱粉，約1485包。

南檢昨天晚間再度傳喚王水木，但王水木仍堅決否認犯行、供詞反覆，由於證據確鑿，檢方怕他會勾結共犯或是湮滅證據，向法官聲請羈押，台南地院當場裁定收押禁見。
