凱基證 台新銀仍是凱基證主交割行

台新金控（2887）與開發金控（2883）旗下凱基證雙方協定的競業禁止條款下周屆滿，台新金旗下台新證券將重新開展證券經紀業務，不排除接收因併購而在凱基證任職的老台証人，但凱基證表示，目前並沒有因此調整排除台新銀為凱基證主交割行的規劃。

2009年台新金切割出售台証證券給凱基證券，雙方簽署競業禁止條款，主要條件有二，一是台新金不得挖角原台証證的營業員與客戶，二是台新金新開證券子公司的分公司家數設有上限，相關條款即將在下周屆滿。

凱基證過去主交割行為中信金控（2891）旗下中信銀，但是併購台証證後，為方便台証原來客戶，因此這部分客戶主交割行一直維持台新銀不變。凱基證券發言人、副總經理盛嘉珍表示，目前凱基證沒有打算要改變台新銀交割行的配合關係。
