南蘇丹政府與叛軍簽和平協議

南蘇丹政府與叛軍今天簽署和平協議，承諾在24小時內停止戰鬥，結束雙方超過一個月來的激戰。

這項協議在衣索比亞首都阿迪斯阿貝巴簽署，由區域調停人員、外交官和記者見證。

南蘇丹總統基爾（Salva Kiir）2013年12月15日指控前副總統馬查爾（Riek Machar）企圖發動政變，之後雙方部隊在首都朱巴（Juba）爆發衝突。
