今晨低溫7.9℃　各地晴到多雲日夜溫差大

中央氣象局發布低溫特報，今天清晨輻射冷卻效應影響，各地氣溫仍偏低，目前平地最低溫為嘉義7.9℃，預計白天冷空氣的強度將減弱，高溫會比昨天再回升些，各地為晴到多雲的天氣。

氣象局指出，今天各地白天高溫將可達22至24℃，因水氣偏少，各地可維持晴到多雲的天氣，也因天空較為晴朗，落日後西半部輻射冷卻的效應會特別明顯，夜晚、清晨的氣溫偏低且溫差相當大，留意日夜溫度的變化，適時增減衣物。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
