假日中午在家唱卡拉OK　最高罰3萬元

不少人休假在家高歌、唱唱卡拉OK當娛樂，當心被罰！新北市環保局昨通過新法，納入假日中午12時至下午2時，在家中等未登記「視聽歌唱業」的場所，只要被「聽到」唱卡拉OK，將可依規定罰3千到3萬元且可連續開罰。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，新北市環保局統計去年陳情案件，噪音占41％最多，卡拉OK的投訴量排名第一，多數集中在板橋、三重與蘆洲的小吃店，因此延長噪音管制時段，原本是晚間10時到隔天早上6時，延至隔天上午8時，還納入假日中午12時到下午2時，若在家中、公園、小吃店等非登記為「視聽歌唱業」的場所，只要有人持擴音器唱歌，無須測得分貝數，稽查人員可立即開罰。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
