幫小弟喬事 連開11槍竟找少年頂罪

去年10月，發生在宜蘭市街頭的深夜槍擊案，嫌犯連開11槍，擊中1輛小轎車，無人傷亡。宜蘭警方認為，嫌犯在街頭公然開槍，行徑囂張，循線追查，一名17歲林姓少年攜槍投案。專案小組認為，林姓少年供詞漏洞百出，全力偵查，發現他替人頂罪，今天凌晨，逮捕羅姓主嫌及其他8名幫眾，依《組織犯罪條例》、槍砲、湮滅刑事證據等罪嫌移送法辦。

宜蘭警察分局指出，34歲羅姓男子因為幫中小弟和他人有感情糾紛，為了替小弟出氣，約對方談判，卻事先埋伏，趁對方不及防備，連開11槍，擊中1輛小轎車，無人傷亡。

警方根據現場遺留的彈殼，鑑驗發現，由3把制式槍枝擊發，歷經3個多月偵查，追查涉案槍枝，並逮捕包括羅姓主嫌在內的9名犯罪集團幫眾到案，移送宜蘭地檢署偵辦。
