遭議員控背信 連勝文：將採法律行動

台北市議員鍾小平日前指控，國民黨中央委員連勝文在擔任悠遊卡公司董事長期間，用公款投資香港基金，導致虧損四億多元，連勝文對鍾小平提出誹謗告訴，鍾小平則告發連勝文涉嫌背信。連勝文今天發表聲明，強調在擔任悠遊卡公司董事長期間，從來沒有擔任永豐金控的任何職務，有關永豐金證券承銷「康師傅」TDR，以及後來退還佣金的事情，他從來沒有參與任何相關決策。

連勝文表示，他後來獲得認購康師傅TDR退還的「手續費」，和他有沒有擔任永豐銀行董事沒有任何關連，鐘小平明知這一點，卻仍然執意告發，他「深感遺憾與痛心」，鍾小平的行為可能涉及誣告，連勝文強調他將蒐集相關事證，並採取必要法律行動。
