嘉義以北低溫11℃　水汽減少各地多雲到晴

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，強烈大陸冷氣團影響，凌晨也發布低溫特報，今晨嘉義、新竹地區氣溫多為11℃左右，目前平地最低溫為板橋11.2℃，因水汽減少，各地大多為多雲到晴的天氣，但東半部、北部地區偶爾有些局部短暫雨。

氣象局表示，今天白天起冷氣團的強度稍微減弱，北台灣及花蓮高溫約17到19℃，感覺仍然會涼一些，中南部及台東高溫可達21、22℃，中南部日夜溫差會較為偏大。另，根據環保署的資料，中南部地區因風速較強，局部地區易揚起沙塵造成空氣品質下降，提醒過敏族群及長者、幼兒盡量避免長時間在戶外劇烈活動。
