標題[問題] 就服業的發展

本人目前工作經歷一年多 目前工作雖然穩定，但相對發展性不大 原先的任務編組也因故解散 因此預計年後轉職，打算騎驢找馬 自己先前在公家單位做過人事 在對勞動法令還算熟悉的時候考到乙級就服執照 因此想要走就服業或是人資的職業 但目前台灣的就服業在受到國內勞動環境的扭曲下，確實也發展的相當畸型 特別是人力仲介已經被玩到跟人口販運一樣黑 不知道有沒有版友推薦目前台灣比較ok的就服業？ 還是就服業剩下公立機構比較有保障？ 我知道乙級就服跟一般HR的工作仍有差異 如果未來進入HR，比較可以走哪個方向？ 希望有經驗的版友可以指點一下 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.215.167
