狼父性侵女兒 重判20年徒刑

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭13日電）一名吳姓工人在12年前，涉嫌性侵當時還是6歲女兒，之後不斷重覆犯行，直到女兒17歲。法官審理後，重判父親20年徒刑。

宜蘭地方法院今天公布判決書指出，宜蘭一名吳姓工人在12年前，涉嫌性侵當時還是就讀幼稚園大班的6歲女兒，之後還不斷在女兒祖母家中等地重覆犯行。

判決書指出，吳姓工人的女兒在17歲時再遭父親性侵與猥褻後，終於向男友痛訴父親的惡行。經男友報警後，吳姓工人的獸行始才被揭露。

法官認為，吳姓工人枉為人父，將女兒當作洩慾工具，依妨害性自主罪，重判20年有期徒刑，全案還可上訴。1021213
