陸防空識別區報告國安局缺席 綠委不滿

針對中國大陸畫設東海防空識別區，立法院外交國防委員會邀請國安會、國安局、外交部、國防部、交通部和陸委會提出專案報告。國安會秘書長袁健生請假，國安會也未派代表出席，引發民進黨立委不滿。

民進黨立委邱議瑩認為政府對東海防空識別區決策，都是由國安會主導，國安會缺席如此重要的會議，實在匪夷所思。

民進黨立委蔡煌瑯批評袁健生傲慢，國民黨立委陳鎮湘和陳碧涵認為，國安會沒有列席外交國防委員會是過去慣例，沒有不妥。

除了國安會請假未派代表列席，國安局長蔡得勝、外交部長林永樂、國防部長嚴明、陸委會副主委張顯耀和交通部政務次長陳純敬都列席報告。
